Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your reading. If you still have not received it within 24 hours, contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses provided by you.

6. REFUND POLICY

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your reading
  • You provide a brief explanation of why the reading did not resonate

  • Follow-up questions should relate to your original reading
  • Additional readings or extensive follow-up require a new purchase

8. USER CONDUCT
